Steps to reset your password:

  1. Open the Test Taker Portal
  2. Enter your email address
  3. You will be redirected to the refreshed British Council login page.
  4. If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address and click on Reset
  5. This will take you to the password reset page. Enter your registered email address and click submit
  6. You will receive a password reset link
  7. Click on the link provided in the email.
  8. The link will open the Test Taker Portal, where you can set a new password and complete the process.
  9. Log in to the Test Taker Portal using your email and new password.
  10. You will then be prompted to migrate your account.
  11. Follow the on-screen instructions and provide a New Password and Date of Birth to complete the migration to Identity Account.
