Pannasastra University of Cambodia

UC was initially established in 1997, but was not in operations until January 1 2000, the beginning of the new Millennium. PUC is a private institution for higher learning. It was founded by a group of Cambodian expatriates from the United States of America, whose objectives are to contribute to the development and enhancement of Cambodia’s human resources; and to play an active role in the “nation building” process for future generations.
