Step one:

Complete the application form.

If you are a UK-based organisation, you will need to be on the UK Border Agency's list of registered sponsors before applying to become an IELTS recognising organisation.

For more information, visit the GOV.UK website.

(The above does not apply to organisations if you are based outside the UK.)

Step two:

Once you have received notification of acceptance as an IELTS recognising organisation, it’s important to make test takers aware of your status.

Publishing the IELTS scores you require on your website will help prospective test takers in their decision-making. This will also help streamline your application process by reducing the need to respond to detailed enquiries.

Step three:

Once your organisation has listed IELTS requirements on their website, you can request access to verify and download results online by completing an application form. If your organisation already has access to the results verification and downloads service, then please log in. If not, then register for access.
