The Test Report Form shows your IELTS scores for all four skill areas: listening, reading, writing and speaking, and your overall band score.
You will receive only one copy of your Test Report Form. Replacements cannot be issued, so make sure you keep it safe.
It also has your photograph on it and an inbuilt security system so that it cannot be copied.
Five copies free of charge
Your test centre will forward copies of your Test Report Form to five recognising organisations for you free of charge. You will be asked to name these five when you book your test. They will be sent electronically, so in some cases your chosen organisations will receive your results before you do.
Your recognising organisations can also double-check the details of your Test Report Form via our secure online database.
If you would like extra copies sent to other organisations, ask your test centre.
Your Test Report Form is a valuable document; keep it safe.
Valid for two years
Your Test Report Form will be valid for a recommended period of two years.
Recognising organisations will not usually accept a Test Report Form that is more than two years old, unless you provide evidence that you have actively maintained or tried to improve your English since taking the test.
