Step one:
If you are a UK-based organisation, you will need to be on the UK Border Agency's list of registered sponsors before applying to become an IELTS recognising organisation.
For more information, visit the GOV.UK website.
Step two:
Once you have received notification of acceptance as an IELTS recognising organisation, it’s important to make test takers aware of your status.
Publishing the IELTS scores you require on your website will help prospective applicants in their decision-making, and may reduce the number of enquiries you receive regarding test scores.
Step three:
Once your organisation has listed IELTS requirements on their website, you can request access to verify and download results online by completing an application form. If your organisation already has access to the results verification and downloads service, then please log in. If not, then register for access.
Are you an existing IELTS-recognising organisation?
If you have already been accepted as an IELTS recognising organisation, you can update your organisation’s details here. The above does not apply to organisations based outside of the UK.
