With IELTS, help is only ever a click away.
If you’re planning on taking the IELTS on computer test, you’ll find a ‘Help’ button on every screen. This video shows where you can find the Help button, and what kind of support you will receive if you click on it.
If you click the ‘Help’ button, you will be given three options:
- The ‘Task help’ tab, where you can find out more about the task you are currently doing.
- The ‘Test help’ tab, which has information about how the test itself works. This can be useful if you are having difficulty navigating the computer test.
- The ‘Information’ tab, which provides additional instructions and information on how to complete the test.
